Super brownies & happy New Year

Hi Folks.

I am looking foreward to the coming year. There are many changes in store. Some of them are both good and bad. These brownies will help through the bad times to keep your spirits up and it is also invaluable to have when you are in a good mood to make it great!

This is how I made my super brownies for new years eve. I used 2 brownie mixes ( yes, I know- cheating, but quick) with 2 eggs and milk instead of water and the oil that was needed for the brownies I doubled using cannabis oil. I then added a bunch of cannabis candy I made earlier and 2 pouches of semisweet chocholate (I think they are 300 grams each) and 2 packages of walnuts. It ended up a soupy mess when I put it in the oven for the time is said on the package, so I put it in a little longer. I left in the oven over night which has a pilot light that would help dry it without cooking it further. I use parchment paper so I left it in till the edges nearly burned, but the middle was still way too soft. I took all of it out and poured it in a bowl, mixed it all up and then pressed it back into the parchment paper lined pan and put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes, counting on my nose to tell me when to take them out. They turned out to be the best ones I have ever made. I made a sauce to go on top made from an apple, some sugar, butter and cannabis. That makes it really the best. I am so grateful to have pulled it off.

Cooking Cannabis with Medicinal Mike

Hi folks.

I am more than a canndy maker;I use cannabis oil or butter or flour to cook and bake with(pun intended). Have you ever had candied carrots, where all you has to do is melt some butter and add some sugar to glaze the carrots once they are done cooking? To make them "Green" just use the refined butter infusion instead of the normal butter. That is the simple principal behind the DVD (which is the tittle of this post). Once I have taken you through the process of how to make the infused oil or butter or grinding it down to flour, I show you how to use it. I have several simple and quick things to make in a "green" fashion; Canndy is just the start! The the kitchen where I will be filming has not been set yet. I have all the ingredients and equipment to do this project, just not the location yet. Send me some of your recipes; if I use them in the DVD, you will get a credit. You don't have to use your real name if you don't want, a nickname will do. Get Cooking Ps. Free Marc Emery!

Why Cannabis works well eaten

Hi folks. Welcome to my new blog. Here is the first article.

Why does eating Cannabis work so well?
Before I jump into that, I have a question. Did you know that Marinol and the other synthetic forms of THC are are 100% strength. That means there is nothing but pure THC that has been put in a form where the end users can not abuse it(it can't be smoked for example). They know that THC is safe. Period End of story. There was a mass of studies done on Marinol when it first came out and they did tests of it's use up against natural plant matter in different potent levels. The THC level varys from strain to strain of the plant so they tested a few. They also found that it takes more plant matter to get the same or better effects when eaten vs smoking.

Eating cannabis can be as simple as me pulling a couple live buds off to eat, to help my nausea. It really works. When it come to cooking it, there are 3 main forms. You can infuse oil or butter with cannabis and then use the oil as you normally would in a recipe. You can make a tinture; a tincture is some form of alcohol used to strip off the THC and other compounds off the plant. The third way is to grind the plant matter down to a fine powder that you can add like flour to your recipes.

The reason it works so well is because you are able to get most of the available medicine in your system rather than 60% or more of it gone when you smoke it. Smoking it is wasteful from that point of view, but it has it's place, like when you need instant pain relief and you do not have the hour or so to wait for the effects from the Cannabis

I am going to end this here. Please reply to this and ask questions. The name I picked is the name of the company I will start in a few years once it has become relegalized. Peace from Medicinal Mike
